Subject: TEMPORARY MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT DC COOK

Discussion:

Mr. Joseph Pollock, Performance Assurance director, has been named as
acting plant manager for American Electric Power's D.C. Cook Plant. Mr.
Pollock will also serve as the technical assistant to the Vice President
of Nuclear Generation, Mr. Robert Powers. Mr. Pollock replaces Mr. Thomas
Noonan, who is recovering from an illness and is expected to return to
the site in several months. Mr. Wayne Kropp has been temporarily assigned
as acting Performance Assurance director.
