On August 31, 1999, Pennsylvania Power and Light Company (PPL) announced

in July 1999. Mr. Shriver has 25 years of experience with naval and
commercial nuclear power plants. He most recently served as the
assistant plant manager of the Tennessee Valley Authority's Browns Ferry
Nuclear Plant.

Regional Action:

PPL informed the NRC Region I Management and the NRC resident inspectors
of this management change.
