Subject: LaSalle Station Management Change

Discussion:

Mr. Danny Bost has assumed the responsibilities as Engineering Manager
effective July 19, 1999. This position was vacated by Mr. Jim Meister who
was recently named as LaSalle's Station Manager.

Mr. Bost comes to LaSalle station from Entergy where he was Engineering
Manager and Plant Maintenance Manager for the Grand Gulf facility.
