Discussion:

Illinois Power announced Paul D. Hinnenkamp was named as Assistant Plant
Manger - Clinton Power Station. Mr. Hinnenkamp served in various
management positions for PECO Energy Company. Mr. Hinnenkamp's most
recent assignments were Plant Manager - Millstone Unit 3 (March 1998 -
November 1998) and Plant Manger - Millstone Unit 1 (October 1996 - March
1998).
