FITNESS FOR DUTY (FFD) VIOLATION
The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
"On November 10, 2025, at approximately 0855 EST, station security and licensing staff concluded a determination that a contract staff member in a supervisory capacity violated the Constellation FFD policy.
"This report is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 26.719 (b)(2)(ii). The individual's authorization for site access has been terminated.
"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."
