FITNESS FOR DUTY
The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
"At 0820 EDT on May 15, 2025, it was determined that a NextEra Energy Seabrook non-licensed supervisor failed a test specified by the Fitness For Duty testing program. The individual's unescorted access has been terminated. This event is being reported pursuant to 10 CFR 26.719(b)(2)(ii).
"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."

UNUSUAL EVENT - LOSS OF ALL OFFSITE POWER
The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email:
At time 1828 EDT on 5/15/25, Oconee declared an Unusual Event (SU1.1) due to a loss of all offsite power for greater than 15 minutes. This occurred when the site lost their startup transformers (CT 2&3). At the time of the event, the site was restoring from switchyard maintenance and was experiencing a loss of their overhead powerline from the Keowee Hydropower Station. The underground powerline remains operable as a source of emergency power.
Units 1, 2, and 3 remain at 100 percent power with Unit 1 being unaffected by this event. Units 2 and 3 are being powered by their auxiliary transformers.
State and local agencies were notified. The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified.

At time 0045, on 5/16/25, Oconee terminated their Unusual Event (SU1.1) due to restoring offsite power (CT 2&3 have been restored).
The NRC Senior Resident Inspector has been informed.
