[The event occurred at the licensee site located in Evadale, Texas.] This gauge normally operates with the shutter in the open position. The gauge is mounted on a vessel that the licensee does not enter. There is no risk of exposure to any individual. The licensee is contacting the manufacturer to schedule repair.
