The sign was last observed the day before on 12/30/03. The missing sign is a Betalux-E, S/N 191736, containing a 20 curie tritium source. To date, three (3) exit signs have been reported missing during the on-going base renovation (see EN #40407). Efforts to locate the signs continue. * * * UPDATE1550 EST ON 1/7/04 FROM CRAIG REFOSCO TO S. SANDIN * * * The licensee is amending the original report to show that the last inventory of the exit sign was in May 2003 and not 12/30. The sign was discovered missing on 12/30 and reported to the USAF on 12/31/03. Notified R1DO(Noggle), R4DO(Runyan), and NMSS(Hickey). | |
