The containers (approximately 10 | | in number) were described as 3 inches in diameter (possibly lead), labeled | | with the radiation symbol, and labeled 'TC'. Local authorities have | | concluded the trash was deposited at the local landfill (Buncombe Co.) and | | is currently under 1,500 tons of trash. Local authorities have performed | | radiation exposure measurements at the landfill and home site[. They] | | report no significant measurements above background levels.
