| The licensee reported that a computer system upgrade performed on 10/26/01   |
| rendered the ERDs system inaccessible from the EOF. The condition was        |
| discovered on 10/29/01. The condition has since been repaired. The NRC       |
| resident inspector has been informed of this condition by the licensee.      |
