| STATE OF CALIFORNIA REPORTED THAT ONE OF THEIR LICENSEES HAS LOST A MOISTURE |
| DENSITY GAUGE                                                                |

| During an inventory, the licensee could not  locate one of their Troxler     |
| moisture density gauges (model 3321B serial #279).  The device contained     |
| 8-10 millicuries of Cs-137 and 30 millicuries of Am-241.  The gauge was last |
| seen 6 months ago.  The loss was reported to the police.                     |
