Enforcement Manual Change Notice - Number 1
Change Notice Number 1 was issued December 24, 2013, and added the following Enforcement Guidance Memoranda to Appendix A:
- EGM 11-003 (rev 2), "Dispositioning Boiling Water Reactor Licensee Non-Compliance with Technical Specification Containment Requirements During Operations with a Potential for Draining the Reactor Vessel" dated December 13, 2013.
