Pre-Application Meeting with Dominion Regarding Millstone Power Station Unit No. 3.

The purpose of this meeting is for Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (Dominion) to present to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, their planned submission of proposed changes to support the transition to 24-month fuel cycles at Millstone Power Station Unit No. 3. The proposed changes would seek to revise to technical specifications regarding spent fuel pool criticality, dose consequence analyses, and fuel performance methods.
