Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this virtual meeting is to present and gather feedback on the NRC’s ongoing pre-application engagement streamlining initiative for Nuclear Materials Users (NMU). This initiative is driven by Section 505 of the ADVANCE Act and the NRC Materials Licensing Efficiencies and Processes (M-LEAP) effort. The NRC staff is seeking to engage with members of the public, NMU licensees and applicants, Agreement States, Tribal Nations, and other interested external stakeholders to receive and discuss feedback on the topic. The presentation will also include status information on related M-LEAP efforts for the NMU business line.
