To engage with the public and provide an overview of the recently modified process for ASME rulemakings. This includes approving unconditioned and noncontroversial code cases using the direct final rulemaking process, and combining the approval of conditioned and/or potentially controversial ASME code cases and incorporation by reference of new code editions into one separate rulemaking.
