Purpose
The purpose of this meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Arizona Public Service Company (APS, the licensee) is to discuss Relief Request 74, proposed alternative for steam generator and pressurizer pressure retaining welds and Relief Request 75, proposed alternative for inspection frequency of pressure retaining welds for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
