Pre-application meeting to discuss draft license application observations on the Draft Chapter 12 Material Control and Accounting (MC&A) - and the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) prior to formal submittal of the application to facilitate a mutual understanding of the application material.
