Purpose
Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss the apparent violations identified following an investigation conducted by the NRC’s Office of Investigations between October 5, 2023, and September 11, 2024, with continued in-office review through
April 3, 2025. This conference is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision. The conference will provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their prospective on the facts and findings, and any other
information that they believe the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.
