Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Members of the NRC staff will present the NRC’s assessment of safety performance at South Texas Project Electric Generating Station for 2024, as described in the 2024 annual assessment letter. The staff will make this presentation at a regular meeting of the City Council of Bay City, Texas. The NRC staff will be available outside of the City Council meeting to respond to questions from the public about the safety performance of the station and the role of NRC and the resident inspectors in ensuring safe plant operations.
