Discuss the significance of a preliminary finding with low-to-moderate safety significance (White) and an associated apparent violation of NRC requirements for procedures affecting Emergency Diesel Generator A governor linkage to fuel rack failure on October 9, 2024. This discussion is part of the process the NRC uses before making a final determination.
