Purpose
NRC staff will host an in-person open house meeting to discuss the NRC’s 2024 assessment of safety performance at the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, as described in the 2024 annual assessment letter. NRC resident inspectors will be available to answer questions about the safety performance of the plant and the NRC's role in ensuring safe plant operations.
