Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

This is a preapplication meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and representatives of the Florida Power & Light Company (FPL, the licensee). FPL representatives will discuss a planned license amendment request for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4. Specifically, the request would allow the facility to implement the regulations in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.69, "Risk-informed categorization and treatment of structures, systems and components for nuclear power reactors."
