Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is for USO to discuss with the NRC staff how they will meet the requirements for a fitness for duty program and access authorization. USO will discuss the application of the fitness for duty program for applicable construction, management, quality, and security personnel during construction and operation. USO will discuss the processes for access authorization during construction and operation.
