Purpose
Orano has requested this meeting with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss its plans for submitting the environmental report in support of its application for a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 70, "Domestic Licensing of Special Nuclear Material," special nuclear materials license for a uranium enrichment facility to be located in Oak Ridge, TN.
