Purpose
Orano has requested this meeting with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss its plans for submitting an application for a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 70, "Domestic Licensing of Special Nuclear Material," special nuclear materials license for a uranium enrichment facility to be located in Oak Ridge, TN. The last portion of the meeting will be closed to the public in order to give the NRC staff an opportunity to discuss security-related and proprietary information.
