Purpose
For the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and NextEra representatives to discuss the a proposed LAR allow Seabrook to exit a planned Fall 2024 refueling outage and conduct MODE 2 low-power physics testing concurrent with ongoing main generator breaker repair that would render one offsite AC power source inoperable. Upon completion of the low power physics testing, the unit would re-enter MODE 3 until the main generator breaker repair is completed and the affected offsite AC power source is restored to operability.
