Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss the apparent violations identified during a routine inspection at the licensee’s main hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, conducted on December 5-7, 2022, with continued in-office review through October 25, 2023. This conference is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision. The conference will provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their prospective on the facts and findings, and any other information that they believe the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.
