Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is to share the staff’s progress on the preliminary draft NUREG-1556, Volume 22 guidance and to provide an opportunity for external stakeholders to ask questions or provide feedback on the proposed rule that would develop a regulatory framework under 10 CFR Part 30 for fusion systems. The staff encourages questions and feedback from all stakeholders during this meeting. Stakeholders may give presentations with their questions and/or feedback on the development of the proposed rule and preliminary draft guidance. Please provide any presentations to Dennis.Andrukat@nrc.gov prior to January 15th, 2024. The staff will consider the feedback; however, no formal responses will be issued.
