Purpose

The purpose of this meeting is for Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to present slides on their understanding of the level of detail and scope of probabilistic risk assessment and severe accident information necessary for an application for a light-water reactor construction permit application for the Clinch River Nuclear Site. NRC staff will provide an update on the current process/schedule for issuance of draft guidance on PRA and severe accident information.

The slides to be discussed will be available under the “Related Documents” section of this notice, if applicable. Other topics related to the construction permit application development may also be discussed.
