Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is for Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC to discuss with the NRC staff their plan to submit a request for exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of Code of Federal Regulations Section 50.82(a)(2) as part of their regulatory path to potentially request reauthorization of power operation at the Palisades Nuclear Plant.
