Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this pre-decisional enforcement conference is to discuss the circumstances of a supervisor employed by Day and Zimmerman (D&Z), a contractor of SNC at Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 1 and 2 involving apparent willful violations. This conference is closed to public observation because it involves the findings of an NRC Office of Investigations report that has not been publicly disclosed and because it involves potential wrongdoing by an individual. The NRC issued a choice letter and apparent violation to the individual on March 30, 2023. The former D&Z supervisor, a SNC contractor, will be provided an opportunity to present additional information along with his perspectives associated with the apparent violation and the completed NRC investigation.
