Purpose
NFS, the licensee, requested a closed meeting with U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss questions on NRC’s
response addressing the applicability of Title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations 71.15, “Exemption from classification as fissile material,” to
a shipment referenced in the licensee’s request.
