Purpose
The purpose of this preapplication meeting is to discuss compliance with 10 CFR 50.62 (anticipated transients without scram (ATWS) rule) to support the Construction Permit for the Holtec SMR-160 design. Portions of this meeting may be closed to discuss proprietary information. Members of the public interested in participating in the meeting should email the NRC Meeting Contacts three business days before the meeting (by June 2) to obtain additional information.
