Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Niowave, Inc. has requested this meeting with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to continue discussions regarding its plans for applying for a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 70, "Domestic Licensing of Special Nuclear Material," special nuclear materials license for its proposed Molybdenum-99 medical isotopes production facility to be located in Lansing Michigan. A portion of the meeting will be closed to the public in order to give the NRC staff an opportunity to discuss security-related and proprietary information. The focus of the meeting will be on the Criticality ISA for the Target Assembly.
