The purpose of this teleconference, between Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed alternative for inservice testing (IST) of component cooling water heat exchanger relief valves at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The licensee recently added the relief valves to the IST Program and the relief valves have not been tested.
