Purpose
Notify stakeholders of the NRC’s position on the use of the decommissioning trust fund during operations for major radioactive components disposal. The presentation will include a discussion on planned NRC draft guidance related to the topic, including information NRC staff is considering that may assist in assessing an exemption request for the action. This will be an information meeting with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions at the end of the staff's presentation.
