The purpose of this teleconference, between Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed license amendment request (LAR) to take exception to Regulatory Guide 1.81, "Shared Emergency and Shutdown Electric Systems for Multi-Unit Nuclear Power Plants," Revision 1, Position C.3 at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. The LAR is in part in response to a notice of violation related to 10 CFR 50.59, "Changes, tests, and experiments."
