Purpose

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (the licensee) will discuss the status of the staff's review of the subject license amendment request (LAR). The licensee requested to revise its license conditions for implementing Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.69. The staff will discuss its preliminary plans to deny a portion of the LAR.
