The purpose of this presubmittal meeting, between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss APS's planned license amendment request to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-107, Revision 4, "Separate Control Rods that are Untrippable Versus Inoperable," dated June 6, 1999 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML040490066), for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
