Purpose
The purpose of this public meeting is for the NRC to present information related to the confirmatory order issued on August 1, 2022 (ML22206A213), and to discuss the upcoming planned inspection activities outlined in the inspection plan issued on August 1, 2022 (package ML22206A008). This meeting is a follow-up to the March 16, 2022, public meeting, which focused on the special inspection team report. Time will be provided to allow members of the public to ask NRC staff questions.

Reminder - COVID related mask wearing requirements are based upon the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention COVID transmission rate in Montgomery county. When the transmission rate is high, mask wearing is required, regardless of vaccinations status, within NRC buildings.
