Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss two apparent violations identified by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. This will be an alternative dispute resolution session and will employ a mutually agreeable mediator to discuss issues, clear up misunderstandings, be creative, find areas of agreement, and reach a final resolution of the issues. The circumstances related to the apparent violation are described in a March 17, 2022, letter providing the NRC’s findings.
