Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a final policy statement in the Federal Register to describe how the agency will comply with regulations issued by the National Archives and Records Administration to implement a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/11/12/2021-24543/controlled-unclassified-information-program). The purpose of this meeting between NRC, Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Industry, and other stakeholders is to discuss topics such as information-sharing agreements related to NRC's plans to transition from Sensitive Unclassified Non-Safeguards Information (SUNSI) to CUI.
