Purpose
NRC staff and FPL will discuss the availability of human factor engineering information needed to support the NRC's review of the planned digital instrumentation and controls license amendment request. During the meeting, the NRC staff will discuss a multi-stage validation approach for control room designs and modification. This approach is described in Nuclear Energy Agency Report NEA No. 7466.
