The purpose of this meeting, between Duke Energy Progress, LLC (Duke Energy) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss TS 3.5.3, “ECCS - Shutdown,” to modify the TS Applicability by adding a note to permit one cold leg safety injection pump flow path to be isolated in MODE 4 by closing the isolation valves for up to 24 hours to perform pressure isolation valve testing per Surveillance Requirement 3.4.14.1 for a future license amendment request concerning the H.
