The purpose of this meeting is to continue the ongoing discussion of the proposed guidance document being developed by members of TRTR on compliance with the regulations in Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.59 “Changes, tests and experiments,” emphasizing aspects specific to research and test reactors. The steps related to the NRC endorsement of the guidance document will also be discussed at the conclusion of the technical review.
