Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this Town Hall Meeting is to allow the Quality Assurance and Vendor Inspection staff to engage in an open dialogue with external stakeholders to discuss any current issues of importance to the nuclear industry, and to provide guidance and clarification on those questions. The goal of the Town Hall Meeting is to keep the external stakeholders informed on NRC’s activities related to vendor inspection, quality assurance, etc. The Town Hall Meeting will include three presentations by the NRC staff on the importance of adhering to procurement specifications, regulatory alternatives for supplier oversight during exigent conditions, and an update on the NRC’s recognition of the ILAC accreditation process. The rest of the Town Hall Meeting will be dedicated to an open Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to ask questions to the NRC staff on a variety of topics.
