Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference is to discuss Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.'s (Entergy's) proposed exemption request for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 2 and 3 (Indian Point) from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Sections IV.F.2.b and IV.F.2.c. Specifically, Entergy plans to request a one-time exemption to postpone the full participation biennial emergency preparedness exercise until until calendar year 2021.
