Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) plans to submit a request for a one-time exemption to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, for Palisades Nuclear Plant, due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Specifically, the exemption relates to 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section IV.F.2.c, for offsite response organization participation in a biennial emergency preparedness exercise for calendar year 2020. The purpose of this public meeting is for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss the proposed exemption request with Entergy.
