Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The NRC has received several requests to delay implementation of NUREG/BR-0204, "Instructions for Completing NRC's Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest," Revision 3. During this meeting the NRC staff will provide industry representatives, licensees, and vendors a status update regarding the implementation of NUREG/BR-0204, Rev. 3, and the associated revisions to NRC Forms 540, 541 and 542. In addition, the NRC staff will solicit feedback regarding potential impacts to stakeholders if the implementation of NUREG/BR-0204, Rev. 3, and associated NRC Forms is delayed past its planned implementation date of October 1, 2020.
