The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss the five apparent violations identified by the NRC. The apparent violations are related to the licensee’s failure to properly prepare written directives for therapeutic doses of unsealed radioactive material; implement and maintain procedures for certain therapeutic administrations involving radioactive material; delegate the authority of the Radiation Safety Officer in writing; and develop certain procedures related to the use of unsealed radioactive materials. The apparent violations were discussed in NRC Inspection Report 030- 32211/2019-001, dated January 30, 2020 (ADAMS Accession ML19361A162).
